>> Shelby + Bailey <<

My first experience with Shelby and Bailey took place back on 11/11/17 when Shelby proposed to Bailey. Shelby and I had gotten together and planned a surprise proposal shoot. I asked him if they had any locations that were special to him and so he decided that we would do it on a hill where they shared their first kiss. Talk about a romantic!

This couple is seriously the sweetest though. Their day couldn't have been any more perfect and that is exactly what they deserved. They started the day out by getting ready in a local salon, "Mary's House of Style." With Sponge Bob and Ed Sheeran playing in the background, the girls got their hair and makeup done by Mary and Macey Chambers. Soon everyone would make their way to FMC Park located in Pocatello, ID where cheerful guests and delicious tacos awaited.

The Jacksons chose to do a "First Look" which I would highly recommend to anyone preparing for their own wedding. Shelby was so nervous as Bailey approached him from behind and when he turned around to see his beautiful bride, he was overwhelmed with emotions of love and pure bliss. They then played rock, paper, scissors to decide who would read their vows first.

Their ceremony was held right after the first look. They were counseled about the meaning behind their three rings. The most important of the three is the suffer-ring. Haha! The couple was shocked when Bailey's little brother fought for the garter, everyone else was surprised when the inside of their blush-pink cake was navy blue, and laughter was exchanged when the best man gave his toast and mentioned the one thing that could have prevented the wedding from happening. Shelby's beard. Thank goodness he shaved because this wedding was definitely one for the books!

Their first dance was to, "Perfect," by Ed Sheeran. The same song that they slow danced to moments before Shelby took a knee and asked Bailey to be his wife for the rest of their lives.

Bailey and Hailey have been best friends since 1st grade. Hailey's toast was so sweet as she acknowledged the friendship that the happy couple share. She was an awesome MOH supporting Bailey and helping her with the tiniest of details throughout the day

Shelby was so excited to finally see his bride! :)
